Soil Units.

Soil Units.

The Tivannah Global, LDA. soil units are a largely dry stacked-interlocking masonry elements with an appealing face-brick finish that enables speedier construction of high quality, aesthetic and affordable buildings. The soil bricks replace the conventional blocks and mortar combination and construction can be done with unskilled labor. Tivannah's technology converts common soil into one of our most powerful and efficient building materials. Since it uses readily available local raw materials (soil) and resources (water) it is possible to erect large-scale low cost, affordable, energy-efficient homes and commercial buildings. The interlocking soil block can be effectively used in earthquake resistant constructions and can also be incorporated with several structural designs and reinforcements.

Interlocking soil blocks have several advantages because they lock into place without the need of using mortar. Construction can also be made at a faster pace even with unskilled labor. The resulting structures are cool, energy efficient and environmental friendly.
